About Katie
Katie is originally from Columbus Ohio and has lived in Charlotte North Carolina for the last 9 years. She loves the weather in Charlotte, the proximity to the beach, and the people here in The Queen City!
Katie is a seasoned Realtor® and has been a small business owner for the last 8 years. She is
passionate about delivering an exceptional home buying and selling experience to her clients. She
enjoys being an advocate and resource for her clients, assisting them in achieving their financial
goals even long after the sale.

In her career, she has been recognized for outstanding leadership
skills and received the Top Performer Award twice for her national sales ranking. Most recently,
she earned the Top Producer Award, ending the year with the most closed sales in 2020 and the
number 1 ranking for Realty One Group Revolution.
Beyond her real estate life, she is a soccer mom and a fur-baby mom. The newest additions to her
family are two French bulldogs, Buster, and Bella. Her dogs love going to the dog park and trying on new outfits for the camera. She also enjoys trips to the beach, cheering for The Ohio State
Buckeyes, and completing DIY projects in her home with her husband.
